Faculty Development Program

  • This program aims to provide the fundamental level understanding of the qualities required for a faculty member, understanding more on different learning styles, skills to practice to become a master facilitator and to pally them in the professional environment. The primary objective of the module is making the aspirant a professional facilitator with prerequisite skills in practice.
  • Rookie trainers, rookie managers and faculty members with less than 2 years’ experience and student counselors

  • This program aims at enhancing the facilitation skills through segmented approach in learners, understanding different learning methods, adapting apt method for each segmented learners and rigorous run-through for the aspirants to adapt facilitating by way of learning methods. Primary objective of the module is to provide a practice in learning methods and to impart enhanced approach in aspirant’s facilitation approach towards different learning styles.
  • Team heads, Master Trainers, New Managers, PR Managers, HR Managers and faculty members having less than 5 years of experience

  • This program aims to provide an understanding in the aspirant about the learner’s competency level in learning, providing an appreciative approach towards learner’s competency and its impact in learning, Facilitator’s role in helping the learner to identify his/her competency level and helping the learner to adapt his/her approach towards competency built learning platform. The primary objective of the program is making the aspirant to help the learner to utilize the competency of the learner as a platform to learn.

  • This programs aims at providing an integrated approach towards imparting applied skills, making the aspirant to adapt a unified approach for different learners yet following the different methods of learning. The primary objective of the program is to endow the aspirant with a flair of converting the skills into talents by adapting an assimilated coaching style. The aspirant will be able to identify and reach his/her unique style of coaching and be able to practice the art of influencing thru moderating.
